Pre-order Policy

BEFORE ORDERING, PLEASE READ THE RULES & REGULATIONS BELOW:

1. Per-Orders are subject to delivery between 1-2 weeks of the estimated shipping date that is provided in the item’s description at time of purchase. We will ship orders the moment they are available.

2. Pre-orders require payment to be made at checkout.

3. Please note that due to the nature of pre-order items, we do not accept cancellations.

4. Orders may arrive later than 2 weeks due to several factors (e.g.: customs).

5. If you combine in-stock and pre-ordered items, ALL items will be shipped at once when all pre-ordered items are available. If you would like to arrange a split of your order, please email us at orders@kiiawiiskloset.com. Please note: Items must be $100+ to split and ship separately.

6. Once you place a pre-order with us, it means that you are willing to accept these terms & conditions.
