Domestic Shipping
We offer free shipping for qualifying orders $150 and up. Free shipping applies only to orders shipped within the United States, totaling $150+ after applicable discounts and before shipping, handling and taxes are added. Free shipping may have some exclusion during a sale. Standard orders are processed within 3 – 5 business days.
International Shipping
Please Note: Due to COVID-19, there may be some delays with package delivery.
The default pricing on our site is in USD, the conversion rate depends on your issuing credit/debit card company used on the transaction. Standard orders are processed within 3 – 5 business days. Express orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 1 business day.
In some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs. Kiiawii's Kloset and the carrier do not have control over how long customs may hold a package. In addition, certain countries may apply tariffs after the package is accepted. We suggest checking with your local post office to find out if that applies to you as Kiiawii's Kloset does not cover additional customs fee charges. Kiiawii's Kloset is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges.
